March 2021 will mark one year since our first COVID-19 patient was admitted to Providence Little Company of Mary. We invite you to join us in honoring all of our Providence heroes.

We intend to honor our Providence heroes with a video of our community sharing their support and gratitude for them during this pandemic.

If you would like to participate and share your thanks, follow these steps:

RECORD a 20-second video of yourself with your message of thanks.
- If recording with your phone please turn it sideways to record in horizontal format.
- Please also record indoors so there is less background noise.
AGREE to have your video included in our compilation which will be displayed on our social media platforms as well as other digital mediums.
COMPLETE the Community Cares Video Submission form (right) to upload your video.
